Fife Rights Forum offers the following online tools to local statutory and voluntary advice agencies and frontline staff who provide information and/or support to vulnerable people in Fife.

FORT

Supported by the FRF Directory (www.fiferightsforum.org/directory) of advice agencies, the Fife Online Referral Tracking (FORT) system is a web-based referral system designed to encourage and improve referrals between agencies and promote joint-working across Fife.

Fife ABS

The Fife Accommodation Brokerage System (Fife ABS) is an internet based service which allows projects to display vacancies and also assist in providing temporary accommodation locality support.

The system was created in 2008 to provide support between voluntary service and governing body Fife Council.

Fife QSATS

The Fife QSATS is an online portfolio management system for agencies and assessors completing the Fife Rights Forum Quality Standards.

Online Benefit Calculator/E2Adviser

Your clients may be missing out on financial help that is may be available through welfare benefits and tax credits - particularly if they are bringing up children, on a low income, are retired, have a disability or care for someone.

This calculator is designed to give you an idea of the benefits and tax credits your clients may be entitled to. It should not be relied upon to determine your eligibility for benefits, tax credits or entitlements.

This calculator can help you calculate how much income tax you (or your client) will pay.
